There is a green belt around the house, which becomes a valley. This area may not be built on.
The area not only offers vegetation around the house, but bush buck, guinea fowl and many other animal species can be seen from the balcony. The house is perfect for those of you who want to relax and do absolutely nothing.
The sound of the sea can be heard in every room.
Activities in the Area
Dana Bay is 10km from Mossel Bay and has many attractions such as the Dias Museum, The Post Tree etc. Dana Bay is a conservancy in the heart of the famous Cape Floral Kingdom that is known for its coastal and limestone fynbos, and all five types are present in the greater Mossel Bay area.
Wildlife such as bush buck, steenbok and Cape francolines meander through this tranquil coastal paradise whilst its endless golden beaches are home to a variety of sea birds including a colony of black oyster catchers, an endangered species.
The Garden Route Casino is 3km from Villa Chanté
Gouritz River Bungi jumping is also very close to Mossel Bay and also offers bridge swinging, tandem swinging and trampoline bungy. Wall climbing, shark cage diving and abseiling are some other extreme sports on offer in the area.
The famous Botlierskop Nature Reserve and restaurant is also only 20 minutes drive from Villa Chanté
There are many famous fishing spots as well as sunset cruises
We are approximately 90 km from Oudtshoorn stepped in the history of the ostrich industry as well as the home of the Klein Karoo National Arts Festival
