TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
A minimum deposit of 20% is payable within 5 days after submitting the reservation in order to confirm your booking.
Should your deposit not be paid by the specified date, the booking will become available for other applications.
The balance must be paid on arrival.
We reserve the right to alter rates without notification.
CANCELLATION RULES.
Confirmed reservations are subject to the following cancellation rules, prior to date of arrival.
Less than 14 days , guests forfeit the full deposit.
More than 14 days , guests forfeit 50% of deposit.
