This family run holiday accommodation is situated on an acre in rural Noordhoek between two oceans yet within easy reach of all
major tourist attractions.
It has been custom built with the tourist in mind and offers the

Apartment 1
Consists of two rooms as follows:
Bedroom with large twin beds, en suite bathroom (shower only).
Sliding doors opening up onto private patio overlooking the pool
and one acre garden.
Lounge/dining/kitchen:
Colour TV and Mnet (DSTV programmes on request), stove plus
oven, fridge/deep freeze, microvave, electric frying pan, toaster,
kettle, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
Dining table with chairs and lounge area.
Apartment 2
Consists of one large 30 square metre room.
En suite bathroom (shower only). Large twin beds
Mini kitchen fully equipped as follows:
Two plate stove, microwave, electric frying pan, toaster, kettle, fridge, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, dining table with chairs
and couch.
Colour TV with Mnet (DSTV programmes on request)
There is a sliding opening onto a private patio.
Apartment 3
Consists of two rooms connected via an arch way.
Bedroom has large twin beds.
Sliding door opening up onto private patio overlooking garden
and swimming pool.
Kitchen/lounge/dining area fully equipped as follows:
Two plate stove, fridge, microwave, electric frying pan, toaster,
kettle, crockery, cutlery, plus pots and pans.
Dining table with chairs and easy chairs.
En suite bathroom (showers only).
Extra:
If needed, there is a separate bedroom that can be connected
to this apartment. This room is large and has a double bed.
Coffee and tea making facilities.
Bathroom has to be shared with apartment three. There is a
connection door to the bathroom with easy access to this extra
bedroom.
The accommodation can accommodate any amount of people
up to 8 comfortably and can be connected via passage way.

Rates
Rates from R 120 per person per night.
Single persons R150 per night.
Children under 12 - 50% of above rates.
20% deposit is required for bookings out of season
50% deposit is required for high season - Dec/Jan, Easter bookings
