Besides our pristine beaches at Melkbosstrand, only 200 meters from your doorstep, you can enjoy the world famous beaches of nearby Bloubergstrand, Clifton and Hout Bay. The bustling, historical city of Cape Town with its internationally renowned waterfront development is merely 30 minutes away. An excellent road network links Atlantic Beach Resorts to several major shopping malls nearby and we are just 10 minutes away from the vibrant night life and restaurants of Table View, 20 minutes away the largest shopping centre in the Southern Hemisphere, Canal Walk and the theme park, Ratanga Junction.
In Melkbosstrand there are restaurants, shops, liquor stores, banks, petrol stations and a postal agency. We are 1 and a half kilometers from the the Atlantic Beach Golf Estate and are close to a choice of various other sports facilities. With Atlantic Beach Resorts as a base, you are ideally situated for visits to the entire Western Cape region, the West Coast and its seafood offerings, the flower extravaganza of Namaqualand, our exquisite winelands, the mountains, historic Boland towns, hiking trails, and much more, not forgetting a very popular ostrich farm.
We offer additional services such as car-hire collection from the resort, airport transfers and shuttles. Our expert staff will advise you in restaurant recommendations and reservations.
The flexibility of the resort offers you either bed and breakfast facility, evening dinners on request (48 hours notice) or totally self-catering.
ACCOMMODATION...
We have seven double-storeyed villa's. Each villa features a lounge which has been stylishly decorated and furnished, to provide superb comfort and convenience. There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom upstairs with king size bed and en suite bathroom.
The open-plan kitchen is well fitted with modern appliances, microwave oven, stove, dishwasher and fridge. All crockery and cutlery are provided.
Each villa has its own Television with Satellite and local channel tv. In addition each house has a covered patio with built in barbecue, garden furniture and a private garden.

Special arrangements can be made for transport to and from Cape Town International Airport. Situated just 200m from the beach our resort offers excellent security.

LOCATION...
From Cape Town...
follow the N1 from the Foreshore and take the left off-ramp at the "R27 Paardeneiland / Milnerton" sign. Follow the road for 25km and turn left into Melkbosstrand at the traffic lights. Turn right at the church into 11th Ave. Turn right again in Commaille Road and take the second right into Atlantic Beach Holiday Homes.
From the Airport...
take the N2 towards Cape Town. Take the off-ramp marked "N7 Goodwood / Epping Malmesbury" and at the top of the off-ramp turn right onto the N7 (called Vanguard Drive at this point). Follow the N7 for 26.5km until reaching a sign saying "M19 Melkbosstrand". Turn left here and follow this road for 8.7km to a set of traffic lights. Continue straight and at the church turn right into 11th Ave. Turn right again in Commaille Road and take the second right into Atlantic Beach Holiday Homes.
